For reasons entirely beyond the Organization’s control, we are forced to make this difficult decision in order to comply with the law and ensure strict adherence to regulations. We deeply regret this situation, but we want to act with the utmost responsibility and transparency.
In the coming days we will issue a detailed statement explaining exactly what happened.

We are immediately offering you three options for managing your tickets:

Please, go to the Contact section of the website and fill out the form, indicating in the «Subject» field exactly one of the following options according to your choice:
- 2026 Ticket Exchange
- 2027 Ticket Exchange
- Full Refund
This is the only official way to request a ticket exchange or refund. Please note that requests made through Instagram or Facebook comments or private messages will not be attended to.

- Cambio entrada 2026
- Cambio entrada 2027
- Devolución íntegra del importe
Esta es la única manera oficial de solicitar el cambio o devolución de tus entradas. Por favor, ten en cuenta que no se atenderán requests por comentarios o mensajes privados de Instagram o Facebook.
